01 · Organize

One study, one or more clips.

  • A study groups acquisitions from one research participant and one examination.
  • A clip is one moving RawDicom acquisition. Complementary views belong in the same study.
  • Give the study and every clip a distinct, non-identifying nickname.
  • Institution is required. Participant and operator codes are optional and must never be hospital identifiers.

02 · Upload

Wait for 100%.

  1. Add each extensionless RawDicom file to the study.
  2. Check the view and cycle category for each clip.
  3. Confirm that files, filenames, and visible annotations are de-identified.
  4. Keep the page open until the combined transfer reaches 100% and the status becomes Queued.

03 · Follow

Every status shown in My studies.

Processing failedThe clip could not be processed. The pilot team has been notified.

04 · Wait for review

No action is required from you.

  • You may close the page once every clip has reached Queued.
  • When the Mac worker is online, the clip is screened, converted, and load-checked automatically.
  • The clip message may report its 3D-volume count, voxel shape, ECG presence, complete ECG-cycle count, RR stability within ±10%, and an estimated technical quality: Good, Acceptable, or Poor (with the main reason in parentheses).
  • The project team reviews every processed outcome before anything is released.
  • If another acquisition or upload is needed, the investigator will contact you.
  • A notification email contains a secure portal link, never the result file.

05 · Retrieve

Return to My studies.

  • Complementary clips remain grouped under their study nickname.
  • When a result is released, the available preview, clip, or download appears on that clip.
  • Review required or Processing failed may remain visible while the project team decides whether to contact you or retry processing.
  • All outputs are experimental and must not guide diagnosis or patient management.
