Project status and permitted use

CoroEcho 3D is an independent preliminary technical and scientific proof of concept. It is not a formal clinical study, does not recruit patients, and claims no institutional sponsorship or ethics approval at this stage. Its outputs are experimental visualizations, not medical reports or medical-device claims, and must not be used for diagnosis, treatment decisions, or patient management.

Access is restricted to selected professionals. A submitter must remove direct patient identifiers, keep any re-identification key outside the portal, and have authority to disclose the submitted data for this purpose. These commitments do not replace the publisher's own obligations as data controller.

Intellectual property and responsibility

The portal, its original text, visual identity, software, and generated materials are protected by the rights applicable to their respective owners. No right to reuse, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the experimental workflow is granted merely by access to this website.

The publisher makes reasonable efforts to keep the portal available and secure, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Users remain responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to submit each dataset and that no directly identifying patient information is present.
